Dennis Keith Rodman

Born: May 13, 1961
Position: Power Forward
Height: 6-8 (2.03 m)
Jerseys worn: #10 (Detroit, San Antonio), #91 (Chicago)
In the NBA:
Nickname: "Worm", "Dennis the Menace", "Rodzilla".
His Game:
Dennis Rodman was a one of the best defenders and rebounders of all time. Rebounds seemed to fly to his hands. His defense and behaviour were usually annoying the player he was guarding and destroying his concentration and focus (Karl Malone, in the 1997 and 1998 Finals, for example) or even breaking them down psychologically (Brickowski in the 1996 Finals).
His Career:
Selected by the Detroit Pistons in the 27th spot of the 1986 Draft.
Honors:
Rodman has won 5 NBA Championships (1989, 1990, 1996-'98). He was named Defensive Player of the Year, twice (1990, 1991). He played in two All-Star Games (1990, 1992). A member of the All-NBA Third Team in 1992 and 1995. He led the league in rebounds a record seven times in a row (1992-'98). Also led the NBA in field goal percentage in 1989. Selected in the All-Defensive Team 7 times (1989-'93, 1995, 1996) and in the All-Defensive Second Team in 1994. He tied an NBA Finals record by grabbing 11 offensive rebounds in both Games 2 and 6 of the 1996 Finals.
Highlights:
Most of Rodman's highlights came off the court. He changed color to his hair almost every day. He had a relationship with Madonna, married Carmen Electra for a few days and on the day his first book was published, he appeared dressed as a bride. On court, he's famous for kicking a photographer and head-butting a referee.
