I shave my chin hairs in the mirror and they fall down to the sink like "splicky splash"
And I comb my side hairs in the mirror. Watch TV, check email and wave out to the kids that are playing outside, and I smile.
But the face is painted on and it will not last long.
For soon the heat will come and melt it all away.
And the people will say, "Wow"j when they see my true face.
They say I'm normal. Because I wear a robe and own a stove.
They say I'm a novel citizen because I own a bible.
But on that sunday, after I brush my teeth, I throw down the paper and head for the streets.
And I run out bear-foot, I say fuck it to shoes...and I aim and squeeze and shoot....
They say I'm normal. My family's rich, so I don't know 'ish'
They say I'm normal......Well here's to normal.
Just like me, everyone's sanity they loose.
And just like me, everyone falls to booze
And just like me, everyone aims and squeezes and shoots.
But how many do it without shoes?
