Use this order form to send us an order, or just email it to us. You can pay us with a credit card through paypal or billpoint or yahoo paydirect, or you can use bidpay. You can also send us a check, money order, cashier's check or cash through regular mail.
Orders up to 10 buttons are .50 for first class, then only .75 for up to 20 buttons. For large orders we recommend that you use Priority mail with delivery confirmation, which costs only $3.95, but we can calculate first class shipping for large orders, email us for details.
