The lie is an art that any fascist must dominate. Anyway, there's a special category of lies, the ridiculous lies, that deserve an special treatmen. We call this way those lies than anyone can realize about their falseness without great efforts. Anyway, and following the rule enounciated by Goebbels that says that any lie can become true if its repeated during enough time, and taking advantage of the fact that the adept to fascism only consumes the propaganda supplied by his leader, the practitioner of this art must tell this kind of lies when useful, losing any fear to not be believed while he's liing like Pinoccio.

This cathedra takes his name from the Spanish Government spokesman minister, Pio Cabanillas, who, with the whole country paralysed by a general strike, got the nerve to say that the strike didn't exist... and was believed by their followers! A example to follow.
