Griese's DUI Trial Postponed

If you are a Griese fan, you've probably become familiar with his infamous DUI received the last weekend of October, during the Broncos' bye week.  His trial was scheduled to be held last week but was backed up until February 14.  Haven't heard why and personally I don't care. Here's the thing: though his decision was of poor judgement it's not like he was totally hammered.  He had a couple of drinks after dinner and decided to drive home. He was pulled over for speeding, not reckless driving.  No one was hurt including him. What you may not have heard is that Denver cops pulled over 100+ people that night- it was a designated night to look for drunk drivers. I'm not trying to make an excuse for him but it would be nice if he could just move on with life, you know?   What I admired about him was when he was confronted by the bloodthirsty media, he took full responsibility for his actions and didn't try to deny it. That shows integrity and I'm sure nothing like that will happen again.
