Additional Constructions
On the property is a one-room guest cottage, complete with bathroom and cooking area, and an oil burning heating stove. The walls and roof are fully thermo-insulated. It has a separate septic tank for wastewater, and is connected to the main house by an intercom telephone. The land, on which this cottage stands, about 9,000 square metres, can be sub-divided from the main property and sold separately.
On the property are constructed 19 excellent dog kennels, with individual infra-red heating and underfloor drainage, as well as a separate kitchen with marble counter and a small electric water heater serving the sink. There is also a separate, small, well-insulated cattery with four units, each with individual infra-red heating. These structures form the basis of the most successful boarding kennel in the north of Greece, with approximately 300 regular clients.
