Present: Corey Matthews (President), Matt Powell (Secretary), Hayden Johnson (Treasurer), Jeff Clark, Susannah Donovan, Josie Haworth, Hilary Carmody, Andrew Kepple, Karen Marshall, Hamish Marshall, Brendon Bennetts, Bryce Collier, Centuri Chan, Keri Richards, Daniel Allan, Bryn Fenwick and 10 new members.

The minutes of the Half-AGM held on 10th October, 2000, were taken as read.
Treasurer's Report
Hayden reported a healthy balance of $963.52 after all bills were paid and before clubs grants and membership stuff.
President's Report
· Welcome to new members
· Comedy Club is taking over Improv (Theatresports) from Dramasoc. We'll be holding weekly workshops on Monday nights at 7:30. An improv show, "Improvivor", is planned for Term 3, and Brendon is working on plans for an "Improv Deathmatch" between Comedy Club and Dramasoc
· The Revue is booked for sometime in May (nobody could remember when exactly). We need to start writing material, to be subjected to peer criticism in the near future. Wouldn't it be great if we could have everything written before the show? J
· Open-mic-Dramasoc held open-mic nights last year, and may do so again this year. Comedy Club should get involved, because stand-up is our scene. Also numerous open-mic nights around town-go to them.

Set Design-Cen raised the issue of a set for the Revue. This is being investigated.
Stand-Up-Hilary asked if there's going to be any stand-up workshops or anything, since that's what we said we'd do. Jeff said probably.
