Documents

All members are entitled to have a copy of the articles of incorporation, by-laws, rules and owners manual. If you are interested in these or any other documents, please make your request with the Executive Director at the front office. Please also note, that a member is responsible for, and should make every effort to keep him/herself informed of all changes to the rules.

Communication Forms

The UCHA provides official communication forms for all members who wish to contact or make known a problem/request (concerning their room, hallway, bathroom or any aspect of living at the Co-op) to a Department or official of the UCHA. These forms are the official means by which members are expected to communicate and make official the request (ex: request for a chair, fix clogged sink, toilet paper etc.) and such forms/slips are available in the front office or at the wooden mailbox near the cafeteria. 

Please inquire at the front office if uncertain of how to fill-out the slip if uncertain about any aspect of it.
