Procedures

One check-in day , the applicant would need to go to the front office located at 500 Landfair Avenue, to register and receive his/her keys.

You would also need to make payments of the deposit, membership fee and early check-in charges (if any). Two picture I.Ds would have to be shown as well, along with proof of student status.

Registration week

Around the 5^th or 6^th week of each UCHA quarter (except summer), all residents will be required to show proof of student status. The document produced must evidence full-time standing at UCLA or the school you attend. Copies must be submitted at the Front Office.
