Mail

Internal correspondence

At UCHA, you have two boxes. One (the wooden mail box near the cafeteria), is for internal correspondence, and is used by the front office, accounting office, board of directors, membership committee (mem-com), employees and crew chiefs, to inform members of pertinent information. Members are advised to check this box every day, as you are responsible for the information posted (in your box). Your friends at UCHA will also use this to communicate with you.

External correspondence

The other box is for your United States mail and is located near the lobby. At check-in, you would have filled out an application form for a mail- box and should be contacted by the Mail -room within a week, notifying you of your box and combination number. If you do not hear from them during this time, please inquire about the status of your request (i.e. with the mail room).
