Fabulous Macaroni & Cheese 


            Ingredients
            2 cups macaroni, cooked according to package
            4-8 ounces very sharp cheddar cheese
            3 eggs
            salt & pepper to taste
            1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

            Instructions
            Cook and drain 2 cups macaroni according to package directions. 
            While macaroni is cooking, over VERY LOW heat in non-stick pan melt 
            4 to 8 ounces of very sharp cheddar cheese. Add drained macaroni to 
            melted cheddar, stir til macaroni is well coated. Crack in about 3 
            eggs, add salt and pepper to taste, and about 1/2 teaspoon or more 
            of Tabasco sauce. Stir well, cook over medium heat until eggs are 
            cooked.
