Potato Bhaji using Pickle Masala

Ingredients : 
1. 2 to 3 medium sized potatoes peeled and cubed 
2. Frozen peas thawed ½ C 
3. 1tbsp Pickle masala (or more if desired This is a very very spicy masala) 
4. Salt to taste 
5. Oil 6tbsp. 

Procedure : Heat the oil in large heavy bottom frying 
pan. When hot add the all the rest of the ingredient and 
stir well to coat. DO NOT add any water. Cover cook till 
potatoes are done. Stir occasionally. Do not let it 
stick to pan too much. Serve with Bread or Pita bread. 
Alternatingly: You may reduce potatoes and add fresh 
cauliflower broken into pieces. You may also use Green 
beans instead of cauliflower and peas.
