Tomato curry

Ingredients : 
1. 3 Red Tomatoes 
2. half Tbl.Spoon Methi powder 
3. 1/2 inch piece Jagerry 
4. 2 Tbl.Spoon Red Chilli Powder 
5. Salt to taste 
6. 1/4 tbl spoon Mustard seeds 
7. half tbl spoon Jeera 
8. one pinch Asafoetida 
9. 2 tbl spoon of vegetable oil 
10. Coriander for garnish 
11. Sheredded cocnut for garnish

Procedure : 1. Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds to 
it and let them crack. 2. Then add the jeera and 
asafoetida. 3. Add the tomatoes and cover the pan till 
the tomatoes are cooked and soft. 4. Add jagerry,red 
chilli powder and methi powder to it and cover it again 
for 3 mins. 5. Add salt to taste and mix well. 6. 
Garnish it with corriander and shreded coconut.
