White Curry Chicken

Ingredients : 
1 cup almond/cashew paste 
3tsp ginger-garlic paste 
4-5 cloves(Lavang) 
1 tej patta 
1 tsp garam masala 
1 tsp Jeera seeds salt 
1 cup Onion paste 
1 stick of butter 
2 pounds of Boneless chicken marinated in 
2 tsp of yogurt for 1 hour. Corriander to garnish 

Procedure : Method:- Heat butter and add 
jeera,lavang,tej patta and crackle for 30 seconds Add 
Ginger-garlic paste,onion paste and simmer for 1-2 
minutes.Add Salt.Add Garam masala. Add chicken pieces(1 
inch cube) and cook for about 10 minutes. Lastly add 
almond/cashew paste and water if you want the curry more 
watery. Cook it covered for 5 more minuted and garnish 
it with green corriander leaves. Best served with 
Nan-parathas.
