Hope

Pride, love, joy, hope,

Caring, friendship, peace,

Are all the great things we love to feel,

But hate causes to cease.

Avoid that demon at all cost,

Praise and love everyone.

Be like brothers to all men,

And be like fathers to a son.

Keep love in your heart,

And you'll be able to cope.

But if hate turns your heart black,

You've lost all hope.

For hope is the most valuable thing,

A person can possess.

But if they lose that,

Their life is a mess.
