1.0 Finances

Managers are incharge of their finances. A weekly sheet of finances will be sent out by the league.
In case of a mistake just politely notify the person who does your leagues finances. We advise
keeping track of your expenditure and income weekly. Currency of the UEFC is EUROS with the sign €
or just E.

1.1 Bankruptcy

A bankrupt club will not be allowed to take part in auctions. Clubs have 4 weeks to get out of
bankruptcy or one of the players will be auctioned. Bankrupt clubs can't get loans from the bank.

1.2 Sponsorship
Usually every club has a sponsor. Your sponsor give you money based on your acheivements at the end
of the season (prices further up). Also sponsors give you a concrete sum of money at the beginning
of the season. This sum varies from club to club.

2.1 Write news articles

$100,000 per article. Must be at least 100 words. You will only be paid for 3

2.2 Gate receipts

Money generated = Ticket price x attendance.
Ticket prices : Primary division = $25; secondary division = $20

2.3 Bonuses for performance

League: 1st = 10m, 2 = 8m, 3 = 7m, 4 = 6m, 5 = 5m, 6 = 4m, 7 = 3m, 8 = 2m, 9 = 1m,

UCL : qualification bonus = 1m; semi-finalist = 1m +2m, finalist = 1m +4m, winner = 1m +6m

UC : quarter finalist = 1m semi-finalist = 2m, finalist = 3m, winner = 4m

*****************************************************************************************************

3.0 Expenditure

3.1 Player wages

- Paid every week.
- Wages = Total skill x rate.

eg. S_Appiah 23 gha 1 2 11 3 33 400 500 600 200.
Total skill = 1 + 2 + 11 + 3 = 17. So in a primary division team he'll earn 17 x 1000 = 17,000 weekly

Rate : Primary division = $1,000
Secondary division = $800

3.2 Stadium maintenance

- Stadium maintenance = capacity x $5
- Paid every week.

eg. Old Traffor with capacity of 30,000 will pay 30,000 x 5 = 150,000 every week.

3.3 Fines

- Missing sheet = 200,000

- Hooliganism = 500,000
Other fines for misconduct will be decided at the time depending on offence.

*****************************************************************************************************

4.0 Stadium

Every stadium has a capacity. The higher the capacity the more fans come to your games. There is no
reason though why a team without that many fans should build a 100,000 seater that will only be
half filled every game. Every stadium has stadium points based on its mods.

4.1 Stadium capacity increase

- The higher your stadium's stadium poinnts the bigger crowds you get at your games and the more
likely you will be considered to host big games. All upgrades must be done in offseason.

- Each club starts with stadium of 30,0000 concrete seating capacity.
Cost of increase = 2,000 * no. of seats (minimum 1000). Same cost to destroy as many seats.

4.2 Modifications (Mods)

Every mod costs an amount to install which is equivalent to the amount needed to take it down

- Dirt = 0 pts
Result of not being able to pay maintenanceon Turf or Grass field.
Requirements : none

- Grass = 10 pts
Cost of upgrade = 1 million.
Requirements : 30,000 capacity
Maintenance : Must be redone every season for 500,000

- Turf = 20 pts
Cost of upgrade = 5 million.
Requirements : Grass field & 60,000 capacity
Maintenance : Must be redone every 2 seasons for 2 million

- Concrete Seats = 0 pts
Starting type of seating.
Requirements : none
Maintenance : none

- Plastic Seats = 10 pts

Maintenance : 500k per screen at end of every season.

- Metal Closing Roof = 15 pts
Cost of upgrade = 15 million.
Requirements : 50,000 capacity
Maintenance : 2 million at end of every season.

- Transparent Closing Roof = 25 pts
Cost of upgrade = 15 million
Requirements : Metal Closign Roof) & 75,000 capacity
Maintenance : 2.5 million at end of every season.

- Snack shop = 10 pts
Cost of upgrade = 1 million
Requirements : 30,000 capacity
Maintenance : 100,000 at end of every season

- Restaurant = 25 pts
Cost of upgrade = 2.5 million
Requirements : Snack Skop & 50,000 capacity
Maintenance : Maintenance at end of every season = 2 million

- Hotel = 30 pts
Cost of upgrade = 10 million
Requirements : Restaurant & 80,000 capacity
Maintenance : Maintenance at end of every season = 5 million

- NOTE:
The Metal & Transparent closing roofs can be used in rainy or snowy weather to reduce decrease of
attendance at games under these weather conditions. It also prevents deduction of home advantage
due to weather conditions.

4.3 Hooliganism

Sorry part of the beautiful game today is also part of the UEFC. Clubs are advised to invest in
anti-hooliganism in the offseason to prevent hooligans misbehaving at home games.

Investment - Chance of
		Hooliganism
---------------------------
Nothing 50%
€50,000 -	25%
€100,000 -	15%
€150,000 -	10%
€200,000 -	5%

Fine for hooliganism is 500,000.
