Appeals/Protests can be sent to your league commissioner. The UEFC will try to come to a fair
solution. Please also beware in the running of the game mistakes happen and we will usually try and
compensate you somehow.

3.0 Managers

- Managers can only manage one team withhin the UEFC Managers caught managing two different teams
will be completely banned from the UEFC

- Not getting enough credit points will not automatically trigger the sacking of a manager. The
commissioner will take other things into account. eg. available replacement, job started in middle of
season, etc. The commissioner may also seek opinion of fellow board members. You will be given a rough
idea of where you must finish to retain your job eg. Sack < 20 - 30 < Stay. Anywhere between 20 & 30
is 50/50. Below 20 is about 90% chance of sack and above 30 is 100% stay.

- Managers must submit sheets for all UEEFC games. Managers who miss 3 sheets in a row for will be
sacked and managers who miss a sheet for the 8th time in one season.

- Manager Certificates will be awarded aas managers get more accomplishments.
Platinum Certificate : >= 400 credit
Gold Certificate : 300 - 399 credit
Silver Certificate : 200 - 299 credit
Bronze Certificate : 100 - 199 credit
Standard Certificate : 0 - 99 credit

3.1 Sacking
Managers sacked for improper conduct or failing to fulfil duties will not be reassigned. Managers
sacked for poor results will be reassigned at another club. Losing a job because of poor results is
part of the fun of the league and managers who get sacked for poor results shouldn't feel bad.

3.2 Absence
Managers who will be away for games must notify their commissioner. They can leave team instructions
or request for a caretaker manager to be appointed.
