FROM THE BEGINNING

ANCIENT WRITINGS, PICTOGRAPHS, AND UFOS:

It is well documented from legends found on ancient clay tablets found in Mesopotamia (Southern Iraq), that the first post flood civilizations conversed and described in great detail about the extraterrestrials and their coming in space ships.  In India, very ancient writings, drawings on stones and boulders supposedly abound with writings and pictures about the "Vimanas" or people from outer space, and their spaceships abound. 

Descriptions of moving giant rocks and other large objects by these Vimanas, as well as other ancient cultures such as the Mayans is a compelling argument in favor of levitation.  High in the Andes are remnants of stone temples built with stones gathered from miles away and somehow moved to remote spots thousands of feet up on the mountains.  These rocks each weighing many tons, and cut and fit with such precision that a knife-edge cannot be inserted between them, could not have been moved by human power alone.  They had to have had supernatural help to do this.  It is argued that the extraterrestrials and their UFOs accomplished this.  Accounts of ancient civilizations abound which mention these craft and their occupants.  Pictures and writings about extraterrestrial beings and their space craft indicate that they existed from perhaps well before the time of Noah's flood and the world deluge.  (The Flying Saucers Have Landed, Desmond Leslie and George Adamski)

In the October-November issue of the "Nexus" Magazine, an article by Zecharia Sitchin appeared which was an excerpt from one of seven books written by him.  In this article entitled "THE GREAT FLOOD, Key to the Enigma of Ancient Astronauts?," Sitchin shows what he feels is a connection between the deluge or worldwide flood mentioned in the Bible and extraterrestrials.  The author reveals the current thinking and consensus of those who are believers in this phenomenon, and what they feel is proof of their belief.  What is unique about Sitchin is that he believes in the Bible, and that it supports other ancient writings which describe what are called "Ancient Astronauts." 

Sitchin and others have not recognized that the idea of extraterrestrial beings from other planets in outer space is not supported by the Word of God, that these beings do not speak according to the law and testimony of Scripture.  They fail to see that these ideas are a very subtle delusion, intended to delude, deceive, and cause the eternal destruction of mankind. 

He puts forth the idea that there were ancient astronauts, and that they visited earth, coming from somewhere else.  In the article, by way of introduction, he asks several questions:

"If the Earth had indeed been visited in the past by ancient astronauts.  From where have they come?  When did they come?  Why have they come?  and did they come and go, did they leave, are they coming back?"

He supports his ideas "from archeological discoveries, ancient writings and depictions, and the veracity of the Bible."  Sitchin then goes on to describe the flood and how he believes that it was caused by the sliding of Antarctic ice shelves into the oceans causing a massive tidal wave which caused the flood, which is pure speculation, and of course does not agree with the Bible account.  Although he discusses the veracity of the Bible, and uses it to support his ideas, he leaves out key elements which show his ideas to be false.  Such as Genesis 6:2 and 3.  He says these verses support the idea the "sons of the gods" who cohabited with the daughters of man, in the original Hebrew translation did not mean "giants," but rather "those who had come down from Heaven to Earth"

In this he is confused, for his statements made about the Hebrew word Nefilim (plural) is incorrect on three counts:

1)                           The "sons of the gods" were not the Nefilim, but rather the evil angels who fathered the Nefilim. 

2)                           The Nefilim were not the offspring of extraterrestrials.  The Bible describes clearly how they came to the "daughters of men," cohabited with them and that they who conceived and bore children who were called in Hebrew, "Nephil," which in our Bible is translated "giant."  This word does not necessarily mean a person of giant stature, but rather a "bully" or "tyrant." 

3)                    Sitchin's translation "those who had come down from Heaven to earth." is not even implied in the Hebrew.

He claims this translation was obtained from ancient Mesopotamian writings, which he claims greatly amplifies the Biblical account.  Having shown that those who had come down from heaven to earth were ETs, he then begins to focus on the fact that all the writings and archeological finds of ancient civilizations indicate they had very great knowledge about science, astronomy, and that their lifestyle was very advanced.  These finds also indicate that all this knowledge was in existence millennia before the nation of Greece, which had at one time been assumed to be the fountainhead of Western civilization.  "In Mesopotamia, European travelers had come upon remains that seemed to confirm the biblical tales of the great kingdoms of Assyria and Babylonia.  But what about the biblical claim that all kingship and civilization had begun in Mesopotamia, and not in Egypt?  What about the biblical claim that there had existed such unknown royal cities as Erech and Ur (the birthplace of Abraham) even before Nineveh and Babylon?"

Sitchin then begins to build his case for the influence of ancient astronauts by examining the ancient Sumerian civilization, which in the Bible is referred to as Shin'ar.

"The Sumerian civilization takes us back almost six thousand years.  Without a precedent, out of nowhere, there sprang up a civilization that had great cities, high-rise temples, palaces, courts of justice, commerce, shipping, irrigation, metallurgy, mathematics, medicine.  whole people included kings and priests, judges and doctors, dancers and musicians.  And above all, a written languages, scribes, schools, a literature, epic tales, poems.  Every aspect of a high civilization that we can think of had its 'first, its beginning, in Sumer.

"But most amazing of all was the Sumerian knowledge in the field of astronomy.  The astonishing fact is that all the principles of a spherical astronomy, which is the basis of modern astronomy, were inherited by us from the Sumerians.  The concept of a celestial sphere, an axis, the plane of orbit, the circle of 360 degrees, the grouping of stars into constellations, the division of the skies into twelve houses of the zodiac--even the pictorial depiction of the zodiacs and their names--everything you can think of we find in the Sumerian astronomical tablets.

"We learned at school that the first one to suggest that the Sun and not the earth was in the center of our planetary system was Copernicus in 1543.  Not so!  There have been found Sumerian pictorial depictions that not only show the Sun (not Earth) in the center--and show also all the planets we know of today (plus, as will be explained, one more).  In many astronomical texts there planets were listed, named and described, and called 'members of the Family of the Sun', they made up, together with Sun and Moon, a family of twelve.

"The familiarity of the Sumerians, thousands of years ago, with all these members of the solar system is astounding.  Until rather recently, we ourselves did not know that there were more planets beyond Saturn.  Uranus was discovered in 1781.  It may tell us something about our ignorance when we realize that, when Botta and Layard were discovering in Mesopotamia the tablets with all this astronomical information, we did not even know of the existence of Neptune; for Neptune was discovered only in 1846. 

And Pluto, the so-called outermost planet, was found not visually but mathematically only in [until] 1930--less than fifty years ago.  And yet, as one planetary list after another establishes, the Sumerians knew it all.

"Indeed, when the NASA spacecraft Voyager-2 reached Uranus in 1986 and sent back the first close-up photos of the distant planet, I literally jumped out of my seat and shouted: 'But that is exactly how the Sumerians described it 6,000 years ago!'  And then, as Voyager-2 was due to encounter the even more distant Neptune in 1989, I wrote articles predicting  that a bluish-green watery planet, with patches on its surface, will be found.  I knew it in advance because that was how the Sumerians described Neptune, and I had quoted them in The 12th Planet (page 243 in the hardcover edition).  I was, not to any surprise on my part, right."

Now Sitchin comes to his punch line as to how the Sumerians knew all this, quoting from their tablets.  As you consider what he says, you should bear in mind two points. 

1) Pre-flood generations of man were far more intelligent than today's sin-degenerated man.  Their technology far exceeds ours as well as their brain capacity.  This knowledge was carried to the post-flood era by the sons and daughters of Noah, from which all humankind has come. 

2) Enoch, the Lord's preflood prophet, describes in detail how the evil fallen angels imparted great stores of knowledge to preflood mankind.  They are without question the source of the Sumerians fount of knowledge.  It appears the evil angels came to them in disguise as ancient astronauts and in saucers.  If you keep these two points in perspective, you will be able to easily see through this satanic delusion which will be closely allied to endtime world events.

And now back to quotes from Sitchin: NEFILIM = ANUNNAKI = ANCIENT ASTRONAUTS    "How possibly could have the Sumerians known all that, 6,000 years ago?  How could such a high civilization blossom out, as well scholars state, suddenly, unexpectedly, 'out of nowhere'?

"The Sumerians themselves provided the answer: all our knowledge, they wrote, was granted to us by the Anunnaki.

"The word literally meant 'those who from Heaven to Earth came' (True, for they were the fallen angels)  It was the very same meaning that the term Nefilim had meant in the Bible.  These beings acquired the aura of being 'divine'; they were the 'gods' that were revered by all the nations in antiquity.

"In text after text, in tale after tale, the Sumerians described how the Anunnaki--many of them specialized in another science or technology--taught mankind knowledge of agriculture, irrigation, the making of bricks, the building of houses and high-rise temples; of commerce and trade and navigation; of laws and running courts; of administration and kingship; of writing, and music, and arts.  One text listed more than 100 of these various fields of knowledge that we even nowadays recognize as essentials of a modern civilization.

"The Sumerians listed, named and described these 'gods' [demons and evil angels], showed them in numerous depictions, as often as not as winged pilots or in astronaut garb.  They also depicted a variety of aircraft and space craft, indicating the various purposes and functions of these advanced vehicles.  [So did the Vimanas in India]

"Among the intriguing depictions of those astronaut-gods are some that pertain to a goddess of great fame in antiquity, Ishtar [A satanic Assyrian goddess of love, fertility and war.].  In one instance she is shown wearing goggles and a helmet as though she were a World War I pilot, equipped with two panels extending from the back of her head.  You can see the picture of a pilot's helmet she was wearing, the instrument box that was attached in the back of her head, and the hose extending from it.  There are many texts concerning Ishtar and her sisters, describing in detail the seven pieces of special attire Ishtar had to put on before taking to the air.

"The Egyptians, whose civilization began some 700 years after the beginning of the Sumerian civilization, were also familiar with those astronaut 'gods'.  They called them Neteru, meaning 'guardians'.  Among the many ancient depictions illustrated in my books is an Egyptian one showing what is undoubtedly a rocketship inside an underground silo; clearly seen are two beings manipulating hoses and instruments in a lower chamber that contains an instrument panel.  Seen too is an upper compartment.  The underground portions support a conical command module high enough to be above ground level.

"Not only Sumerian, Babylonian, Assyrian and Egyptian texts confirm by literary means the existence and presence on Earth of those ancient astronauts, their vehicles and their facilities.  Biblical tales, such as the 'dream' of Jacob, the skyward ascent of the prophet Elijah, or the spacecraft described by the prophet Ezekiel, serve as eyewitness reports.

NIBIRU--THE HOME PLANET

"These ancient astronauts--for that is exactly who the Nefilim were--had come to Earth, the Sumerians said, from another large planet within our own solar system!

"It is this planet, they wrote, which aeons ago invaded the solar system, and was captured into permanent orbit around the Sun.  Its vast, elongated elliptical orbit takes it far away, beyond Pluto, but then brings it back to Earth's vicinity as it passes between Mars and Jupiter.

"The Sumerians were familiar not only with an extra planet in our solar system, but with all its members--the Sun, the nine planets we know of, the Moon which was deemed a celestial body in its own right, and the planet of the Nefilim.  They called it Hibiru, the Babylonians called it Marduk; I have named it THE TWELFTH PLANET, For it completes the twelve-member solar system.

"A long Mesopotamian text known as the Epic of Creation describes the appearance into our solar system when it was still young (say about 3.8 to 4 billion years ago), of an invader from outer space, a planet thrown off course by some calamity in its part of the universe.  As it neared our outer planets (all named, all in the correct order!), it was pulled in by their gravitational forces.  Finally, it met in a celestial battle'--a celestial collision--an older planet that existed between Jupiter and Mars, causing it to shatter.  One half of that planet was cast into a new orbit, to become Earth; the other half was broken to bits and pieces to become the asteroid belt (between Jupiter and Mars), comets and meteors.

"The invader itself--Nibiru ('planet of the crossing', whose symbol was the cross)--was caught in a vast elliptical orbit around the Sun, returning to Earth's vicinity and the 'scene of the battle' once every 3,600 Earth years.

"Nibiru, the ancient texts assert, brought with it the 'seed of life', imparting it to Earth during the collision.  It was thus that the same life forms evolved on both planets--much earlier on Nibiru than on Earth, [Positive proof that this is no heavenly interpretation, for it negates a God created planet.]

"Circa 450,000 years ago, the Anunnaki/Nefilim came to Earth in search of gold. [Planet earth as we know was created by God a scant 6,000 years ago when God created Adam and Eve.]  They needed it not for ornaments or coins, but for survival on their planet.  Due to natural causes or because of environmental abuses they were losing their atmosphere, their inner-source heat.  They needed gold in order to suspend gold particles as a shield above their atmosphere.  The first group of 50 astronauts, let by a leader called Enki, splashed down in the waters of the Persian Gulf. [Water was not divided until God did this on the first day of creation.]  They waded ashore and established the first settlement on the shores of the Gulf in what was later known as Sumer (today's southern Iraq).  As more were needed, Enki's half-brother Enlil also arrived to assume command.  Some Anunnaki were sent to mine the gold in south-east Africa; when the toil became unbearable, Enki--a great scientist--'created' 'primitive workers' by mixing the genes of male Anunnaki with the eggs of early female hominoids, to bring about Homo sapiens--'the Adam'--us, you and me..."

COMMENTARY:

How utterly foreign and opposite is this narrative to the biblical account of how the earth and man came into being.  How can those who use Bible texts to prove the existence of these demonic powers not see how divergent this view is from the Bible account of how everything on earth came into being.

1) "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.  2) And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.  And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.  3) And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.  4) And God saw the light, that it was good and God divided the light from the darkness.  5) And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night.  And the evening and the morning were the first day.  6) And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.  7) And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament; and it was so.  8) And God called the firmament Heaven, And the evening and the morning were the second day.  9) And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so."   Genesis 1:1-9

Thus goes the biblical account of how the earth was made habitable.  Let us now compare the Bible account of how man was created with what the ancient writings say.  The difference speaks for itself.

"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our

likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.  So God created man in his own image, in the image of of God created he him; male and female created he them."  (Genesis 1: 26,27)

There is certainly no mention here of Anunnuki mixing genes with early hominoids, thus creating Adam.  This story is clearly not of heavenly origin. 

"And in time, the young male Anunnaki began to have sex with the daughters of the Adam, just as the Bible (and earlier Mesopotamian texts) relate.  Enlil was angered by that.  Knowing of the coming catastrophe--the Deluge--he decided that it would be an opportunity to get rid of mankind.  The ancient texts (much more detailed than the Bible) describe how Enki frustrated the plan by alerting his faithful disciple Utnapishtim (the biblical Noah) and instructing him to build the ark and navigate it to Mount Ararat; thus was the seed of mankind saved."

Here again the account of the flood by the ancients is nowhere close to that of the Bible.

THE DELUGE--A PREDICTABLE CALAMITY

"What, then, was the Deluge?   

"It was a natural but foreseeable catastrophe.  In Antarctica, the ice cap was growing during the last Ice Age.  (Before the flood the earth was watered by a dew that fell every evening.  Over all the earth there was a temperate climate.  It had never rained until the time of the flood; therefore there could be no ice cap in existence.  Neither was there any difference in temperature before the flood.  The ice age followed the flood when the earth probably tilted on its axis approximately twelve and a half degrees and began to wobble.)  The weight made the billions of tons of frozen water ride upon a slippery layer of slush and mud.  Any perturbance could cause this mass to slip off the continent and into the surrounding ocean--causing the greatest-ever tidal wave...

"The Nefilim had found out that such a perturbance was about to occur.  The twelfth planet was nearing its perigee, its passage between Mars and Jupiter.  Its vast gravitational pull was beginning to affect Earth.  And the Nefilim had no problem calculating when exactly the huge sheet of ice would slip off the Antarctic continent...

"In preparation, they all gathered at their spaceport in Sumer--at a place called Sippar ('bird place').  As the sky was beginning to glow red, and the Earth began to shake, they took off in their shuttle craft.  The Sumerian texts vividly describe the take-off, the orbit, the agony as the rank-and-file Nefilim viewed Sumer hit by a tidal wave rushing in from the south.  In the words of the ancient scribe, the avalanche was Gathering speed, submerging mountains, Overtaking the people like a battle... And then, as the 'south storm' poured over, Stillness had set in;  And all mankind had returned to clay.

"Thus had the last Ice Age ended, abruptly,  But when the Nefilim landed back on Earth, they discovered that mankind's seed had not completely perished.  They then persuaded Enlil to relent, and to bless mankind, and give it civilization.

"And, as the Bible tells it, the descendants of Noah had gone down to the plain of Shinar and built the cities of Sumer.

"The story of the Deluge--universally recalled by the human race--is thus inextricably entwined with the ancient tales of the Anunnaki/Nefilim.  The Story of the Deluge is the story of man and 'gods', and falls apart unless the existence of Nibiru and the presents of Ancient Astronauts is acknowledged. 

"Some will still say that all these tales are 'myths', figments of the imagination; such doubters will have to explain the amazing Sumerian knowledge and the depictions of astronauts and spacecraft.

"As far as I am concerned, if one believes in the Bible, he

must believe in Ancient Astronauts."  Nexus Magazine, October-

November 1993, pp 45-48 

If the reader keeps in mind the purpose of the enemy in foisting these kinds of lies upon mankind, he will not be confused by this information which conflicts with the Bible.  The forces of evil and good have been in controversy since Satan and the angels that followed him sinned and were cast out of heaven down to this earth.  Since that time the father of lies and the master deceiver, has ever tried to cover his tracks and set himself up as God.  His plan of deceit and delusion has only one aim -- the destruction of mankind, to keep him from the salvation of the Lord.

In concluding this chapter, we compare what Sitchin has written with the Biblical account.  We also briefly look at a few verses recorded by the Lord's preflood prophet Enoch. 

"1) And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,  2) That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.  3) And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be a hundred and twenty years.  4) There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.  5) And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.  6) And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.”  (Gen. 6:1-6). 

It was Enoch to whom God gave the warning of the coming flood, and who told Noah, who preached this message for 120 years.  

The book of Enoch, written out by Noah or one of His sons after the flood, was included in ancient Hebrew literature, but was left out of the Bible, perhaps because its prophecies were warnings for the preflood generations.  It was not found again until the mid-1800's when a British archeologist found an ancient copy in Turkey.  It is not surprising that a copy was found there, for this area which includes the mountains of Ararat in Turkey are known as the cradle of the postflood civilization, and where writing first began.

This book was well known in Christ's time, and many texts in our Bible quote passages from the Book of Enoch.  The apostle Paul, Peter, Jude, and Jesus Himself quoted from the prophecies of Enoch who was shown the history of the world up to its end when Jesus will come in the clouds of glory.

THE WITNESS OF ENOCH:

Enoch tells of God's great displeasure with the evil angels who married and co-habited with humans, and their offspring the Nephilim.  He relates God's conversation with them and that this was the primary reason for the flood.

The Book of Enoch graphically describes how the "sons of God" or fallen angels, "took unto themselves elegant and beautiful women to wed and bring forth children" (Chap 7:1,2,12).  He describes how their leader Samyaza asks them to reconsider what they are doing, that this was a great evil in the sight of God and that he will get blamed for letting them do this (verses 3-15).

In Chaper 8, Enoch tells how one named Azazyel "taught men to make all sorts of things such as swords, knives, shields, breastplates, made them see that which was behind them (mirrors) and the workmanship of bracelets and ornaments, the use of paint,

the beautifying of the eyebrows, the use of stones of every valuable and select kind, and all sorts of dyes, so the world became altered." (Verse 1)

   He describes how impiety increased; fornication multiplied; and how they transgressed and corrupted all their ways (verse 2). 

   3.  Amazarak taught all the sorcerers, and the dividers of roots;

4.     Armers taught the solution of sorcery;

5.     Barkayal taught the observers of the stars (beginning of

astrology);

   6.  Akibeel taught signs;

   7.  Tamiel taught astronomy;

   8.  And Asaradel taught the motion of the moon;

   9.  And men, being destroyed, cried out; and their voice

reached to heaven.

CHAPTER 9:

1.     Then Michael and Gabriel, Raphael, Suryaol, and Uriel, looked down from heaven, and saw the quantity of blood which was shed on the earth, and all the iniquity which was done upon it, and said one to another:  It is the voice of their cries;

2.     The earth deprived of her children has cried even to the gates of heaven.

   3.  And now to you, O ye holy ones of heaven, the souls of men complain, saying: bring judgment to us from the most high.  then they said to their Lord, the King:  thou art Lord of lords, God of gods, King of kings.  The throne of thy glory is forever and ever, and for ever and ever is thy name sanctified and glorified.  Thou art blessed and glorified.

   4.  Thou hast made all things; thou possessest power over all things; and all things are open and manifest before thee. (Mark

4:22)

6.     Thou hast seen what Azazyel has done, how he taught every species of iniquity upon earth, and has disclosed to the world all the secret things which are done in the heavens. 

7.     Samyaza also has taught sorcery, to whom thou hast

given authority over those who are associated with him.  They

have gone together to the daughters of men; have lain with them;

have become polluted;

   9.  Thus has the whole earth been filled with blood and with

iniquity. 

   10.  And now behold the souls of those who are dead, cry out,

   11.  And complain even to the gate of heaven.

   12.  Their groaning ascends; nor can they escape from the unrighteousness which is committed on earth.  thou knowest all things, before they exist.  (Acts 15:18)

   13.  Thou knowest these things, and what has been done by them; yet thou dost not speak to us.

   14.  What on account of these things ought we to do to them?

In chapter 10, Enoch describes how the Lord warned the people that He was going to deluge the earth with water and destroy the earth with a flood.  Then in the day of judgment, in our day, how they will BE cast into the lake of fire.

He tells how the people were greatly corrupted on earth for the terrible act which these evil angels committed (Chap. 12:6), and that they will never rejoice in their offspring and that they shall never obtain mercy or peace. (verse 7)

CONSIDERATIONS:

Comparing the Bible and the Book of Enoch with the ancient writings presented by Sitchin shows how craftily the enemy has combined a little truth with much error, twisting concepts and events as they actually happened to effect his malevalent designs.

Arguments using the Bible and the ancient clay tablets sounds very convincing and seems credible.  But Sitchin's use of the Bible supporting his findings, is flawed, for much of what he uses as proof of the existence of extraterrestrials from ancient writings, disagrees with Scripture, which shows that their author was none other than Satan himself, hiding his true identity through lies and deceit. 

As we proceed through the rest of this book, you will see how the testimony of Satan and his evil hosts have throughout time have been consistent and how saucers and extraterrestrials have been an intregal part of his delusions.  The great increase in sightings and abductions in modern times indicates that both the forces of good and evil are preparing for the final showdown.

Points of agreement with the ancient writings:

1) There was a civilization after the flood that started on the plain of Shinar, which obviously had its roots and origin with Noah and his wife and sons and daughters who were saved in the ark.  The Sumarian culture was probably the first of the succeeding generations.

2) There was a worldwide flood which covered and destroyed the entire world. 

3) There were supernatural beings fathered by fallen angels, born to women who were giants and were called Nephilim.

The points of disagreement can be summarized as follows:

1) The term "Nephilim," is misapplied to extraterrestrials or ancient astronauts.  This term applies only to the offspring of the evil angels who were cast out of heaven.

2) God Himself created Adam and Eve in His image.  They were not the product of Genetic juggling of Nephilim from another planet.

3) The flood entailed not only water from the "fountains of the deep," but Scripture says it also rains for 40 days and night. There had never been rain before that time, for pre-flood wood has no growth rings which come as a result of yearly cycles of rain.  The earth was watered with a dew every evening.

4) Before the flood there was only a temperate climate, therefore there was no ice cap to slip into the water to form a tidal wave.

5) The ancient writings mentions that things evolved, which of course is evolution.  This is not Scriptural, and is a reoccurring theme throughout the messages coming from so-called beings from outerspace.

Other Points To Consider:

1) The Sumarian's did not just spring out of nowhere with no foreknowledge.  Noah's family, their forefathers, brought with them all the wisdom of the ages which was known by the preflood world.  Their intellectual capacity far exceeded ours today.  They had no need of books, for they retained everything in their heads.

2) This wisdom was given to them by the fallen angels, as clearly described by the preflood prophet Enoch.

       3) This information was carried by the sons of Noah to the first postflood people, so that there was no evolution of ideas, only the implementing of knowledge already known.  This satanic knowledge was the heart and core of those civilizations starting with Nimrod at Babylon and the Sumerians.  All the ancient civilizations picked up at the same spiritual and cultural level where the preflood civilization left off. 

      4) The post flood people worshipped the sun god Tammuz, which practice is still carried on today by Christians by worshiping on the sun's day which of course is Sunday.  The world honors Tammuz on Christmas by honoring his birthdate of December 25.  Easter, easter eggs, hot cross buns, as well as many other so-called Christian relics have come down to us from these early ancient pagan worshippers of Satan. 

      5) Culturally they adopted and wrote on their clay tablets what was known to the preflood world.  This included advanced knowledge of physics, chemistry, mechanics, building, astronomy, astrology, and many other skills.  According to Enoch, all this knowledge was transmitted to selected individuals by the evil angels and the spirits of the destroyed Nephilim who were the offspring of the angels who cohabited with the daughters of men. (Please note, This is not to assume that when humans die there is a spirit that lives on, as believed by most people, for the Bible teaches otherwise (Eccl. 9:5,6,10; Ps. 104:29; 146:4; Job 7:10; 14:21).  Only the spirit half of the evil angels lived on, because angels are spirit beings, not flesh and blood.  The human spirit half ceased to exist.) 

In the next chapter we will look at more false information and lying wonders passed down by these fallen angels and the demonic spirits of the disembodied Nephilim, and written on ancient clay tablets and pictographs drawn on rocks and stones found the world over.  We will examine claims that UFOs and ETs are supported by the Bible.
