Web Payroll Application

The Division of Financial Operations (DFO) has undertaken a web initiative enabling Department of Education employees (except custodians) to use the web to inquire about their payroll information as well as their enrollment, update and cancellation of an application for the:

Transit Benefit Program: www.nycenet.edu/dfo/payroll/transitintro.html

Savings Bonds Program: www.nycenet.edu/dfo/payroll/sav_bond.html

College Savings Program: www.osc.state.ny.us/college/

The web Payroll Applications may be accessed through the DOE Intranet only at www.nycboe.net.

In order to access the web Payroll Application, the employee must have a DOE Outlook e-mail address that is enabled in the central active directory. The employee must then register through Global Sign-In, which is a single entry point to the DOE secure network. Once the employee has registered, Global Sign-In will e-mail the appropriate password to the employee his/her Outlook e-mail address. The employee will then be able to sign in from the DOE Intranet home page and select the appropriate web Payroll Application. The employee will be asked to select his/her payroll bank and enter his/her Social Security number. This will then be verified and matched with the information associated with the Outlook ID and the information in the payroll system.
