A variety of events are in the works. Dates are tentative and may change. Details will be posted when available.
January 2000
January 20, 2000: Dive Industry Awards Gala 2000, Bally's Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada
January 24-26, 2000: Underwater Intervention 2000, Adams Mark Hotel, Houston, Texas
January 22, 2000--Sabine River Project Training Session hosted by Steve Hoyt, Texas Historical Commission. Location: Camp Mabry, Austin, Texas from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
February 2000
February 14th: UHEXSO Member Dues must be in for FY2000.
March 2000
March 25, 2000: Informal Dive Rally at the "Reef" dive quarry, Houston, Texas. This event will start at 9:00am and last till 3:00p.m. Admission is $16 per person with free air-fills. No Event fee. The Reef is located by Hobby Airport in Houston
March 25,2000: Houston area meeting and party. 6p.m. till whenever.

April 2000
April 8-9: Sabine River Project Trip to Orange, Texas. We have space for only 10-14 volunteers, please let us know as soon as possible.
April 29-30: Aquarena Check Out Dive. This event is limited to a small number of UHEXSO divers given time restraints. Times are from Saturday, 8:00 am till noon and Sunday, noon till 4:00 p.m.
May 2000
SeaSpace, Houston, Texas: Dates and times to be announced
Sabine River Project Trip: Dates and times to be announced
June 2000
Saturday, June 3 and Sunday, June 4: Dive exhibition and rally at the Aquarena Center, San Marcos, Texas. This will be all day events starting at 8:00 am on Saturday till 4:00 p.m. and Sunday from 9:00 am till 4:00 p.m. This event is open only to UHEXSO divers, there are no fees and admission to the Center id free. Hope to see everyone there.
Tentative: June 24 and June 25: Dive exhibition and rally at the Aquarena Center, San Marcos, Texas. This event will have limited space, so sign up early. Dive times are from Saturday, 8:00 am till noon and Sunday from noon till 4:00 p.m.
Sabine River Project Trip: Dates to be announced
July 2000
July 1-2: Diving at the Aquarena Center, San Marcos, Texas. This will be a big event as this is the busiest weekend of the year for Aquarena. Times are the same as the June 3-4 event. Again no fees and admission to the Center is free.
