Lauri "Wink" vonWinklemann The soul of our management team. Fun loving and the prankster of the group, Wink, will fill in where and when ever needed. She keeps us in stitches with her jokes and tales of her older brother. Quick to laugh, she can be found on her days off racing around on her supped up jet-skis. |
| R. Rayn Roberts Our booking and PR Manager. With her charming grin, she makes all our customers feel at home. Rayn can often be found on the move making sure everything is running smoothly. If you have an event to plan, Rayn is the woman to see. In her spare time, you can find her taking classes at Tulane University or riding her motorcycle. |  |

Gino Pasaras, Sr Our Head Chef and ruler of the kitchens. Gino runs a tight ship and often can be heard yelling at his sons. A third generation chef himself, he strongly believes that a man needs to learn how to care for his woman, and that means learning how to cook for her, too. He has 4 sons, two of whom work at UHF Heaven, one is a lawyer, and his youngest is a paramedic at New Orleans General. All of his sons are expected to be at Sunday dinner. |
| Gino "Junior" Pasarras Our take-out specialist and Gino's eldest son. He takes the night shift and makes sure take-out standards remain above the expected. With an ego to rival the isle of Greece, Gino is a passionate flirt and can often be found giving the managers a hard time. In his spare time he likes riding around on his Harley. |  |

Panos "Peter" Pasarras His father's right hand man and Gino's third son. He has trained professionally as a chef and is the one responsible for the divine dinners served in the formal dining room. Peter is the easy going flirt of the bunch and can often be found surrounded by the ladies. Boyish and charming, he almost always gets his way. |
