I am a 1958 U-high grad, and attended from preschool through graduation.
After attending Grinnell, I finished dental school and an orthodontic
residency at Iowa and have been on the faculty here at UNC Chapel Hill since
71.  I am now a full time professor again after an "administrative detour"
that kept me as Vice-Chancellor here in Chapel Hill for 15 years.

Like you, I have fond memories of U-high and often stop in when I'm in Iowa
City.  I am there several times a year, although my father died this winter
so visits will be less frequent.  Mary Sue Coleman (President of the U of
Iowa ) is a close friend and I will continue to visit her and others in Iowa
City.  If I can do anything to "further the cause of U-high nostalgia",
please let me know.
