UHW Season's Beatings, January 24, 2004
 

Exhibition Match:  Whiplash vs. Sinn vs. Grandmasta' Mike
     This was just an exhibition match to entertain the fans.  This match was packed with some great wrestling though, including the opportunity to see UHW rookie, Whiplash, in action.  Check out The Vault to see a few pics from this match.

Match 1:  Sinn vs. Highlight
     Sinn was the winner by pinfall.  Highlight sustained a neck injury this match after landing on his neck and shoulders (Pics. 1 & 2).  After the match, Highlight ran to Owner Matt Ball in the back (Pic. 3) and claimed that Sinn had pulled his tights to get the 3-count (Pic. 4).  Matt Ball agreed and consequently allowed Highlight to have another match, but it would be against his own brother, Whiplash.

Match 2:  Grandmasta' Mike vs. Hazard
     Grandmasta' Mike was the winner by pinfall.  This was a very dominant showing by GMM.  Even though Hazard got in a few blows, including a chair shot to GMM's head (Pic. 1) & a huge clothesline (Pic. 2), GMM proved to be too much too handle.  The match concluded when GMM rammed Hazard with a shopping cart (Pic. 3) to set him up for the Hip-Hop Drop (Pic. 4).  The rookie Hazard might have not been ready for the hardcore aspect of UHW or it was just GMM showing his hardcore superiority.

Match 3:  Highlight vs. Whiplash
     Highlight was the winner by pinfall.  Whiplash showed his respect for his older brother here in this match as he just came out and laid down.  Highlight then pinned him for the 3-count to advance to the final match.

Main Event for the HaRdCoRe Title:  Sinn vs. Grandmasta' Mike vs. Highlight
     Sinn was the winner by pinfall.   Highlight battled his way through this match with a painful shoulder and neck as he landed a few moves, like the Vandaminator (Pic. 1) & a sick DDT (Pic. 2).  GMM got into the action by landing a dropkick on Sinn, as he laid dazed in a road barrel (Pic. 3).  Sinn managed to take advantage of Highlight's injury by pulling out some of his power moves (Pic. 4).  Sinn pinned Highlight for the win after Owner Matt Ball had hit Highlight with a sledgehammer to knock him out.  Sinn & UHW Owner Matt Ball now have an alliance going (Pic. 5).  And Sinn also became the first ever UHW HaRdCoRe Champion (Pic. 5).
