You can join the Gulf veterans and Families association, for a small subscription you can help to fight the case for the servicemen and women and be kept up to date periodically on any news. You can find their phone number on this site under Helplines.

You can email or write to your MP, there is an alphabetical list of MPs here , some have email addresses ( a little envelope to click on ) and some even have websites.

You could write to papers especially if you are suffering the effects of GWS.
