Daikam Barton is the Mastermind behind the original Operation Meteor. Also he is the leader of the Barton Foundation. It is revealed in EW that he was the one who started the Gundams and they and the pilots were made to fulfil his orders to massacre the people of earth.

Quanz is the leader of the White Fang. They are the rebel force of the colonies that use force to drive back OZ from outer space. He was the leader of White fang until he made Zechs and Epyon its figurehead and leader. After that he supported Zechs but disagreed with some of his orders. He could do nothing because he had given up th leadership role.

Lady Un works for Treize and therefore OZ. She does not realize Treize's ideals will actually lead to peace and strives to understand him. She kills Vice Foreign Minister Dorolin (Relena's adopted father) and takes control of the OZ space force. She is also a Scytsophrenic (Multiple personalities), the harsh officer and the soft diplomat.

Duke Dermale is the leader of the Romefellar Foundation and therefore Treize's boss. He is responsible for all of the acts that OZ commited. He is basicly the most powerful person until he resigns to make Relena the new Head of Earth.

Tuberof is the leader of the OZ space force and uses brutal means to create his mobile dolls which he believes will replace humans in combat. He shoots Lady Un when she finally realizes Treize's goal of peace and takes control of Fortress Barge.

Marie-Maya(please tell me correct spelling )is the villian in Endless Waltz. Although she is very misled by Daikam, she still has bad ideas. She is the daughter of Treize Kushrenada and in EW is revealed as the daughter of Lea Barton, Trowa's sister(the real Trowa).

Dorothy Katalonia is related to Duke Dermaile and loves war. She eventually helps Relena out because it will lead to more war until in EW she realizes that was is not the grandeur she thought it was and should be stopped.

Wing Xero is in the bad guy section because even though it is not a person it seems as if it is sentient (thinking). It's system causes many people to do things that they might not have. Its advantage is that it is the deadliest weapon and if a person controlls that evil then they would become that weapon.
