Balboa now owned WFS. The first major decision was to change the name to UCW launching the federation to new heights. Balboa takes an active role in the federation  and uses his porn empire to fund UCW activity. Balboa, to be honest, is a genuine as his fading hairline and some affectionately call him TWAT-FACE, SCUMBAG, FARTBREATH or PETER - the universal symbol of idiosity!!
