After repeated stints in a youth jail (on several occasions he went too far with these girls by pulling their hair out in a jealous rage over the fact that his hair was always too dirty to put in a style that was considered cool) he decided that he had to do something with his life: this was when the Flatliner's life met a big change: Mike Howey became a rent-boy Mike Howey travelled the world with his amazing gift (his party piece was being able to pull a rabbit out of his ass). He even met briefly with future UCW owner Tony Balboa in Amsterdam, working Main Street corner, as he continued in his world domination of sleeping with the most half-bred female-mutants. Perhaps this is where the future aminosity between the two came from?? It was when the Flatliner was working in a seaside town in Ulster, that Duke Kensington pulled a worn-out wasted human being from the gutter. Kensington showed the Flatliner the big world of wrestling and trained him in his world famous "Ass" Dojo. Slowly but surely, the Flatliner started to show the signs that would later make him the biggest risk-taker in wrestling. Kensington and the Flatliner became one of the biggest tag-teams in the wrestling world: The "Wizeguys" were 2 time WWF tag-team champions and the Flatliner won the Intercontinental Championship on a further 3 occasions. Mike Howey - the smart-ass kid had grown up, he was now the Flatliner, the fan favourite and the hero of UCW.
