Horsepower is a project that began, like so many great ideas, over beer. The crazies of Section B, a tight-knit group, usually spend a good dollop of cash to construct a raft to enter into the annual River Raft Race here in Calgary. But this year, rather than spend the money on a raft that will only be used once, we've decided to invest in what will soon become a piece of Calgary automotive history.
