 Want to do some good with some small bills?  Current Total: $117.25Save your Canadian Tire money! The Silver Stampeder is beginning a bold new adventure. The goal? Collect enough Canadian Tire money to make a bid for the Calgary Stampeders organization! Wanna help out? Simply hang on to your extra five cents bills, and bring them to the next Calgary Stampeders home game, or Bottlescrew Bill's. All contributors will be added to a list... not sure what you'll get for it yet, but there's the definite benefit of having local ownership! But, you say, what if you can't raise the approximately eight million dollars required to buy the team? That's easy. If insufficient funds are raised by the time Grey Cup 2004 in Ottawa rolls around, or if another group beats us to the punch and buys the team first, *ALL* of the Canadian Tire money will be donated to a registered charity or other worthwhile cause. Which cause will be decided via an interactive poll on www.silverstampeder.com! So join the revolution! Bring the Calgary Stampeders back to the people of Calgary, and empty out your glove boxes!
