here's where you find out bout dead ppl, when you're dead you may be able to learn a move with king kai(takes 3 days), once you reach a certain pl you may be able to learn moves with grand kai( takes 2 days to learn) and at another stage you will be able to train with supreme kai(takes one day to learn)
