Chi Chi was raised by halflings in a human community. Thus, he is quite familiar with the ways of man. While his parents were hard workers, they fell on tough times. Chi Chi went to work but found it dull and the pay was poor. So he turned to the life of crime. He told his parents he was going to work but instead he turned to pickpocketing and other minor thefts. His family was impressed with his "hard work" until the local authorities came knocking one day. Chi Chi ended up spending 30 days in the dungeon for stealing from the wrong guy. His family disowned him and he has since moved on to bigger cities and bigger scams. He is not a happy halfling!
Chi Chi has decided to join Ultrann's Gladiators as both a way to earn money and to show off his skills with his tiny but deadly weapons.
