Love Potion #9 (24, 4) By studying human pheromones, the inventor has created a perfume or musk that can cause members of one sex to become enamored with the wearer. The wearer gets a bonus to all CHA and leadership rolls equal to the reliability rating when dealing with the opposite sex. Furthermore, the wearer must roll one die, add the reliability and subtract the target's INT, then consult the following table: 1 - 3: No added affect. One dose of the love potion lasts for (rel x 10) minutes. Cost (200 - rare ingredients). Re-Animator (45, 5) Using bioetheric electricity, the inventor is able to tap into that which seperates minerals from life. Fine manipulation of bioetheric energy is not possible, but it is possible to "jump start" a corpse, provided it is not too rotten. Roll one die, and add one for every two weeks the corpse has been dead (add more if in hot, moist enviornments). If the roll is equal to or less then the re-animator's reliability, the corpse is brought back to life. Re-animated beings loose d/2 of Int and Cha (roll seperately) but add one to Str and End (due to their strengthened bioetheric fields). The re-animator machine is a large apparatus covered with brass and iron knobs that crackle with electricity. It requires a level (10-rel) power source (engines and generators, although a lightning bolt will do on a stormy night). Cost 10,000. Wt 10 tons. |
