The Air Conditioner is a device that passes air over tubes filled with a low density gas. This gas, when pressurized, will cool down the coils below the outside temperature. With a reliability of 1, the air conditioner can cool down a small room in hot and dry atmosphere (like Mars). With a reliability of 2, the air conditioner can cool a large room in the worst conditions (like Venus). With a reliability of 3, the air conditioner can make and keep ice. The air conditioner requires 1 power per rel. Cost (1000 per rel). Wt (2 tons per rel).
