Service Record |
Background |
|
Gigeay has a fine record with no blemishes. He has only one great success - the apprehension of the international terrorist Hajj Hassani. |
Gigeay never had any worries growing up. The son of a rich investor, he spent his youth split between his father's house in Cairo and his mother's apartment on Mujukuu. Gigeay had everything he wanted. Perhaps because everything came to him too easily, Giggs pushed himself hard through college and threw himself into a career completely unlike what his parents had wanted. Although apprehensive at first, they assumed Gigeay knew what he was doing and did not stand in his way. Giggs has served with zeal ever since. He works because he likes the job and genuinely believes he is making a difference. |

Standard Issue Equipment |
|
Banji Bolt 9mm |
This light concealable automatic pistol is ideal for concealed carry. It is small, light, accurate, and reliable. Standard UNWC load is a caseless nine millimeter expanding tip subsonic round - less recoil, less noise, and less likely to puncture a bulkhead or window. Law Enforcement pistols are equipped with a small solid state radio transponder. This identifies the pistol to local police forces as one cleared for use by international law enforcement agencies. Banji Bolt: Accuracy (+1), Damage (4L), Range (40 meters), Rate of Fire (2), Clip (12), Concealment (Pocket). |
Steinhardt M1-AC11 minicomp |
A modern mini-comp is small device small enough to be comfortably attached to a belt. Minicomps are usually operated via computer agent and voice commands with data displayed through a holographic screen. When discretion is a must, an investigator's Steinhardt can be connected to his goggles and ear radio via discreet cables. Steinhardt M1-AC11's come equipped with a cellular modem and a locator beacon. Steinhardt M1-AC11: Failsafe (7), Armor [3/3], Friday agent |
Cop Goggles |
Not actually goggles, but heavily augmented sunglasses. These include a LCD layer that automatically tints bright lights, increases contrast in poor lighting, and can even pick up some IR and UV wavelengths for "nightvision". Cop goggles can also be used as a discreet mini-comp screen when connected. |
Ear Radio |
The ear radio is a small earplug connected to a miniature bone-conduction microphone allowing investigators to discreetly communicate up to 10 km. This can be connected to a minicomp for near-silent communication with the computer's agent. |
