  • (02-03-2131) Nation of the "United States of America" is founded on Mars. Actually a squatter colony of one person near Wanjing. Incident and UN's involvement gets some good media attention (mainly humanistic fourth page stuff). Interestingly enough, event is blessed by both China and the FSA.

  • Legions restructure into the 11 Legions (pg-37 Legions). The Seventh Legion (North America) drastically reduces coverage in the LAST zone in order to concentrate in Mexico and Central America. Although a strategically sound plan, this draws negative PR in the FSA.

  • Xingshang colony moved off-planet in a stolen frighter / colony ship intended to start a Norca colony. Jake Kessler dies in the attempt.
  • Orgotek stock stabilizes. They resume R&D and attempt to recover lost ground.
  • The Union and LPU merge. The new organization (still called the Union) is based at the Foundry on the moon. This allows individual countries to purchase and operate Leviathans. UN looses oversight powers for the Leviathans.
  • China purchases the first independent Leviathan, Kowloon.
  • Aberrant activity in Sol system at record low.
  • Israel-Judah and NOE form a secret alliance.

  • The Hajj, unhappy with Miller's leadership, formally splits off from ISRA. They form the Union. This is an organization to ensure fair distribution of Jump Ship pilots and crew.
  • Non-Norca colonists start a bloody revolution on Averiguas. Three dozen Norca are killed (four psions). Governor Vargas puts it down quickly and institutes martial law. Jake Kessler involved with the instigation of the revolt (got out of his hands).
  • Ministry telepaths unable to contain the Proxy. She finally dies. This results is a re-organization for the Ministry. In power plays, many stong telepaths are put into prisions. Chen Jiu Mau is imprisioned.

  •  Leviathan branch of Orgosoft breaks off under the aegis of Leviathan Production Union (LPU, nicknamed "The Foundry"). They base themselves at the Leviathan yards at Mare Ingenii.
  • UN World Court investigators discover that the Kalikanaasi crash was caused by Upeo psion Rebecca Gould (Stellar Frontiers)- leader of the Star Crossed. Public sentiment of psions drops (again).
    • Ostensibly, Gould tried to crash Leviathan to make them look "unsafe" - that's what the media says anyway.
    • No one knows what happens to Gould.
  • Oversight of Leviathan production is put into UN hands. Because of this, Aeon looses much of its power with the world governments.
  • Jumpship Bolivar is lost over Khantze Lu Ge.
    • Rumor says it was corrupted into an abberrant-thrall. Could be just spacer lore.

  • The Legions have to shut down their Prometheus Chamber for a whole year due to overuse.
  • Qin replace ambassadors with members from more Houses (as in Deception).
  • Upeo Wa Macho assist the colony-ship Endeavor to reach the Opiuchi Belt.
  • Christmas - Jumpship Kalikanaasi breaks orbit and crashes into Oriabi Pueblo, New Mexico. Jennifer Lehoczky-Elliot was supposedly on-board and is presumed lost with the ship.
    • The FSA brings a huge lawsuit against Orgotek.
    • Orgotek is set back in R&D due to FSA harassment.

  • Attack on Chrome Prime. Five jumpships (Europa, Chicago, Aegypt, Himalaya and Bolivar) are used as the base from which the assault is launched.
  • Second contact with the Coalition. Jumpships Kohl and Pandora are both lost.
  • Operation Blackbird. A team is sent to Erebus to gather intelligence on the Coalition.
  • Otha Herzog is brutally assassinated by fellow ISRAn Mikel Kravets (pg-127 ISRA). His death can best be described as torture.
    • Most of the Messianic ISRAns commit suicide.
    • ISRA is ostensibly led by William Kaige Miller.
      • Miller focuses on helping humanity and puts exploration on back-burner.
    • Mikel Kravets is brought to trial and argues that his actions were a result of his Clairsentence - that by him and Otha foreseeing it would happen he had to make it happen.
    • Mikel is sent to an insane asylum instead of jail.
  • Due to the Huang Marr, Esperanza, and ISRAn scandals, public trust in the psi orders (and Aeon by association) falters a lot. UN picks up the slack.
  • United Nations World Court gains farther reaching powers becoming something like Interpol.
  • Due to dropping Orgotek stock, Tekne splits off from the parent company.
  • Colony-ship Yangtze reaches Procyon. After Upeo contact, the colonists decide to stay to set up the colony.
