Meta-Gangs

Meta gangs are large organizations that typically grow or evolve from the common gang unit. They are international (sometimes interplanetary) in scale, with dozens of members in cities they are active in. Many exhibit clan, family or cultural ties in addition to gang loyalties. 

Examples

Blue Circle- Based in Sydney, Blue circle has adherents throughout oceana and asia. More of a large organized club then a gang, Blue Circle's members all share a love of fast vehicles. Although grand theft auto (or skimmer) is the most prevalent vice of the group, many sources believe they are preparing to enter the international smuggling arena.
