Blah Clairsentients: The Clairsentients have been training psions steadily. There was a period of about two years around the time of Otha's death when no psions were triggered due to divisions within the order. Now, the Guild pressures ISRA to produce more clears hoping to produce more qualified jumpship pilots. Biokinetics: The biokinetic's population has stayed very close to what it was in 2120. This has more to do with constraints applied by the Norca, then with the supply of capable latents. The Pai still oversees every triggering and does not want to grow the group any larger then it needs to be, and still refuses to trigger biokinetics for other ordes. Psychokinetics: The Legions continue to crank out psions at maximum capacity. Unfortunately, due to problems with their Prometheus Chamber, it had to be taken offline for a period of time. Ever since then, psion production has proceeded at not-quite such a breakneck pace. Teleporters: The rise in the number of teleporters has more to do with the fact that they aren't in space dying on faraway worlds like they used to be. |
