Orgotek AC-14 Yellow Jacket

Description

The Yellow Jacket is a second generation bioship.

Cargo is stored in two bays (one on each side) measuring 14x7x3 meters each. Two bays (and two cargo doors) allow cargo, people and equipment to be rapidly loaded and unloaded.

History

Originally marketed under the dubious auspices of a "cargo" craft, the AC-14 Yellow Jacket is heavily armed (with a rather small cargo area) for a cargo craft of its size.

The AC-14 showed its true colors during the 2122 attack on Chrome Prime. Several were used as small drop ships, delivering elite Legion and UN forces to the surface, and providing fire support while the units operated. The AC-14 performed so admirably that it soon found a place in the UAN and Brasilian space forces. In fact, it has become a favorite of Brasil's elite Fuego Amarillos space commando units. When not performing covert missions, their craft can be spotted by the bright yellow and black paint jobs with their signature "stinger" emblem painted on the bellies.
