episode 23: the imperial ring
	with it's zoid core shattered the liger greyed out but zeke managed to escape with an unconscious Van inside of him. fiona and dr.d go up to see and find zeke on the ground but he managed to let out van. meanwhile raven is giving rudolph to medlonik and his gang and then gets away. they try to look for the ring but they couldn't find it. medlonik says that they should check out van and the others, and rudolph says that van doesn't know anything about the ring which lets medlonik know that van has the ring. van is helping zeke who is still in bad shape and dr. d pinched his cheeks in hopes of getting van to lighten up. everyone is wondering what is so special about the ring and dr. d explains that the ring shows that you are the prince and that if someone else like prozen had the ring he could become the emperor. irvine got a message that if they gave medlonik the ring they would get rudolph back. everyone has some doubts that they would go by their word. van went to get rudolph back. when he got there they had a staredown and van said that if he gave them rudolph he would give them the location of the ring but it was a trick and van used a smoke bomb whiel irvine fired on their darkhorns. van got rudolph and they got on a hoverboard and went off as fast as they could. they speeded through canyons until a darkhorn shot at the walls and stopped them and they lost the hoverboard so they had to run for it. they kept running and they found otu that that was a mine and that if they kept running they could get lost. they found a ladder and they climbed up as medlonik and his gang found them but irvine was at the top and threw some flash bombs allowing them to escape. van complains that those could of hit them but irvine explains that they were on a timer and that they don't blow on impact. they kept running and they came to a large hole where they were stopped medlonik had caught up and they fired when they had tryied to escape and van fell down the hole and hit a board and bounced back up onto medloniks head causing him to stumble and fall down the hole but his gang caught him and they just hung there. meanwhile fiona, moonbay and the doc are at the camp site. moonbay gave fiona a drink and then fiona heard a voice and she got up. van and the others are allowed to stop and van gave rudolph the ring. they found a hole in the ceiling and when van stuck his head through it they were spotted. they started to run again and irvine found a mine cart and got in but van and rudolph were unable to get in and irvine just rolled away. they hid while the gang chased after irvine and they got into another mine cart got away. they came to a cliff and they went off of it and landed in the water. they were safe though and they kept on going but were found by medlonik. rudolph offered to give the ring for their safety but irvine showed up and shot down a dark horn then jumped on the canyon walls and took out the rest of them. at the camp site fiona is still hearing the voice as if in a trance and zeke got up and locked onto fiona and they both fused with the liger causing a whirlwind of light and inside fiona is on a grassy plain and she saw herself.
