episode 5: sleepers trap
	van and fiona are still traveling. van is hungry and goes crazy when fiona ate their last papaiya. they then come across a woman named moonbay. she looks over the liger and notices that it has some missle damage to one of its legs. all of a sudden they are attack by some guysack but are saved by irvine but one of the guysacks manages to do some damage to irvines command wolf. they got away and found a palce to hide at a fortress. moonbay checked the two zoids and tryied to fix them the best that she could and made it so the zoids could repair themselves. irvine starts to get suspicious as to why the sleepers attacked them and they learn that moonbay is transporting some imperial ammunition. they have some dinner and van told irvine and moonbay what him and fiona have been up to. then van, fiona, and zeke go wondering off and then they went for a swim. during their swim van noticed that there were remains of zoids under the water and they went back to tell the others. later that night irvine wakes up and gets out an electric whip and tryied to capture zeke but van caught him. all of a sudden they are attacked by a guysack. irvine tells van that they must be in a sleepers trap and that the zoid remains found in the water were just some victims of theirs. moonbay tryies to escape but is being blocked off by some more guysacks. van came to help moonbay out and irvine too. they run while the sleepers are firing at them and irvine is telling her to abandon her load or with one direct hit they while all be killed. moonbay then takes another route and some sleepers follow her into a canyon where she then gets blocked off until van and irvine show up again to help her. they run and moonbay decides to jettison her load and she tells them to leave they do and she gets rid of her load. the sleepers are blocked off and when a shot is fired it all blows up with moonbay in it. van yells out for moonbay when she comes out. she says that her armor is way too thick for that explosion to hurt her. irvine then decides to leave and as payment for fixing the liger moonbay wants van to be her protector so he became her protector.
