Aim of study: Among 5400 patients with ICP we figured out.

Materials and Methods: in more than 50% of cases there was a spontaneous pain syndrome and most of all the patients were disturbed by a headache and had to take some pain removers. In 90% of cases some pain localized in the district of temporalis muscles with hard formations in the trigger spots, then the pain was found in the place of fixation the muscles trapezius to occipital bone, in the same place was found fibrosis tissues.

Results: After holding gradual fibrotomies on the Institute's technique we managed to decrease the pain symptom in 70% of patients. 30% needed a second step of operation because they had new trigger points of pain.

Conclusions: many patients with ICP have the syndrome of headache. It can be treated using gradual fibrotomy by Ulzibat.

Aim of the study: In contemporary orthopedy the problem of children's feet deformation is still actual. The role of local pain syndrome in deformation of feet is not described in the accessible literature.

Materials and Methods: in our clinic we make operative treatment for patients with different hard contractures on legs and feet especially in children. Other surgeons traditionally pay attention to bones deformation and faced frequent relapses.

Results: The cause of such a result is not diagnosing the compression of nervus cutaneous pedis. That's why the cause of antalgic position of feet. We managed to solve this problem by doing underskin neurotomy.

Conclusions: Surgeons who study this feet pathology must know about this complication's possibility. The opportune treatment of this pain syndrome will give good results.
