BANANA NUT MUFFINS
| 2 cups flour |
| 1/2 tsp baking soda |
| 1/2 tsp baking powder |
| 1/4 tsp salt |
| 1 egg |
| 2/3 c mashed bananas (2 bananas) |
| 1/4 cup shortening |
| 3/4 cup sugar |
| 3 T sour milk or buttermilk |
| 1/2 c nuts |

Preheat oven to 375 F. Stir ingredients from the first table together. In a separate bowl, stir together the ingredients from the second table. Add the first table mixture until just combined. Spoon into greased muffins tins and bake for 15-20 minutes. |
