PASTA PRIMAVERA
| 16 oz. fettuccini |
| olive oil |
| broccoli |
| carrots |
| onions |
| eggplant or zucchini |
Sauce:
| 1/4 cup flour |
| 1 3/4 cup milk |
| 2-3 Tbsp butter |
| 3/4 cup parmesan cheese |

Cook fettucini according to box. Cook veges. If you just want fettucini alfredo, just leave out the vegetables. After vegetables are done, place in a large bowl. Start cooking sauce. Heat the sauce ingredients til boiling, then simmer for about 2 minutes. Combine well drained noodles and sauce with vegetables in the large bowl. Makes 4 servings.
