PEANUT BUTTER MUFFINS
| 2 cups flour |
| 1/3 cup brown sugar |
| 1/2 tbsp baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp salt |
| 2 eggs |
| 1 1/3 cups milk |
| 2/3 cup peanut butter |
| 1/4 cup butter |
| 1/2 cup peanuts |

Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix together first table ingredients, then mix in the second table ingredients. Cook in greased muffin tin for 15-18 minutes. Makes about 16 muffins. |
