Vegetarian - Syrian Salad
Thanks, Aunt Beth!

2 peppers, green and/or red
1 bunch parsley, fresh, curly - wash thoroughly
2 large tomatoes
2 onions
1 can kidney beans
salt
pepper
garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cup lemon juice

Wash all vegetables and chop into bite-size pieces. Add the seasonings, oil and lemon juice.
Serve with Syrian Bread.

*if doubling, the olive oil to lemon juice is a 1 to 2 measurement.
