January 27, 29, and 31 are kindergarten conference
days.
Regular elementary school kindergarten classes will not be in
session.
Your additional ½ day charge will be $8.00 per day.
Please indicate which conference days you will need
coverage.
Return this form to our Candlebrook Extended Day office
at the address above with your January payment by January 7th
so that we can plan for attendance, staffing and billing.

will be allowed to do so on the kindergarten conference days.
