Second Internet Festival Held In Bukhara

The second open regional Internet – festival "Young Bukhara"
will be held on March 12 in Bukhara city, UzA news agency reported. The aim
of this Internet event will be popularization of the Internet in Bukhara Province
as well as demonstration of Internet-resources and intellectual potential
of the region to the web community.
Festival will also have awarding ceremony based on following nominations:
- The best information-analytical site;
- The best corporate site;
- The best Internet – provider;
- The best foreign project about Bukhara;
- The best project for children and youths;
- The best patriotic site; - The best young programmer;
- The best sports site;
- The best web design;
- The best scientific site;
- The best site devoted to arts and culture of Bukhara. Festival will be organized
by NNO Center of information resources and graduates of ACCELS program. IREX
and Khokimiyat (Administration) of Bukhara city have also rendered their support
in organisation of the Festival.
