In the current era, engineering, medicine, finance & management graduates are tuned to physical sciences and rationality. Besides that present world favors logic which is govern by physical sciences. This article is an effort to bring rational minds closer to message of Quran as they are the intelligentia & driving force of current world. Once attracted to the sweetness of Quran, they could become source of strength to all Muslims. By following Quran, the guidance from Allah (swt), they could not only make their lives glistening but also help others to understand Quran.

One should remember that only spiritual explanation of Quran cures sick hearts - not the rational study. Rationality merely provides a bridge between physical sciences and great moral teachings of Quran. May Allah help us to understand Quran and give us the right knowledge to spread message of Quran - Ameen.


Introduction

A Muslim can get easily confused if he does not study Quran for an extended period of time. If these confusions are not removed quickly, soon they convert into doubts about Islam, Allah, Life here-after and other aspect of this great religion. A doubtful heart is called a sick heart in Quranic terms.

In this article an effort is made to present 10 sample confusions commonly found in today's Muslims. These confusions are created due to less intense efforts to study Quran for a longer period of time. One can remove all his confusions and doubts by reading and understanding Quran. May Allah guide us in the right direction to learn Quran - Ameen.

10. Why one should spend time to understand Quran?
Because Quran gives a person eyes and ears to differentiate between right and worng. One should study Quran to verify his own "standards" of right and wrong. This is the only way to succeed. Allah (swt) says:

9. Why follow Quran completely?
Because by following Quran partially, one would face "absolute lose". Allah (swt) says:

8. Why it is not enough to say "There is no God except Allah"?
Because Allah starts taking exams to verify this declaration. The ultimate success of a person depends on passing these tests and it does not just depend on verbal declaration. Allah (swt) says:

7. Why care about interest (ruba) or interest free savings?
Because this is a selfish utilization of money which Allah has given in ones possession. The better way is to moderately spend money on your family & remaning in the name of Allah. Allah (swt) says:

6. Why not do what my parents did or everyone else in society is doing?
Because being a Muslim "everyone" else doesn't matter but the words of Allah do. Allah (swt) says:

5. Why not Allah will reward me when I am already taking care of my family?
Because this is just a part of ones complete responsibilty. Being a Muslim, one should learn his complete responsibilities from Quran. One should also remember that an irresponsible person will present his family to Allah to forgive him, but he will not be forgiven. Allah (swt) says:

4. Why only studying Quran is not enough?
Because Allah asks His believers to "study and follow" Quran. Allah asks us to spend the most loving thing in His work. In the current world "carrer", "professionalism", "money" are few examples things to which people are highly attached. Allah (swt) says:

3. Why don't people obey Allah - their creator?
Because people don't find themselves accountable to anyone in this world. One can create such sense of accountability by understanding & following Quran. Allah (swt) says:

2. Why not adapt democracy & liberalism?
Because in Islam, liberalism is allowed only inside the circle of Quran and Sunnah. One can adapt any system, can make any law, free to do or say anything but the limits are Quran and Sunnah. Allah (swt) says:

1. Why Muslims should do all good?
Because Muslims are the chosen one to teach good and to stop wrong all over the globe. One should make it very clear that it is a Muslim's responsibility to teach right and wrong to Christen, Jews or Hindus etc. Muslims are the selected people of God to practice good and to teach good. They present examples of righteousness for the rest of humanity by following Quran and sayings of Holy Prophet (PBUH). Allah (swt) says:
