THE WAR AGAINST RACISM.
The text is lifted from press reports of the time. Muslims have allegedly sewn their lips together and been wrongfully accused of throwing children overboard although it is unclear at this stage if any of them were in fact bastards. The spelling indicates that the perpetrator is probably a product of the Australian Education System. Despite various pleas to the appropriate authorities no action was taken to remove the offending material for well over a week. Neither the local council (The City of Moreland), the Victorian Police or indeed Australia Post seem interested. Are the authorities by virtue of their inaction as guilty of racism as the graffiti vandals? All very odd considering that it is mandatory to report graffiti vandalism in action by phoning 000 if you are an eye witness. Remember that if you don't dance to their tune by the due date they will litigate without delay. The graffiti in question was finally removed on the 20th of September 2002 following the brilliant use of talkback radio by UMOOKU. Popular ABC talkback host, Mr John Faine, was floored by the swiftness of UMOOKU's attack. It was a case of more arse than class when a clearly rattled representative of Australia Post appeared on the afternoon show promising quick action. "There will be no need for Gerald to take the law into his own hands" he said to a repentant Mr Faine who had foolishly suggested that if UMOOKU were to break the law he would give him legal backup. Pigs may fly. "UMOOKU was shaken by his harrowing experience on talkback radio but has made a quick recovery", a MookInc representative said. "UMOOKU felt like a complete and utter dickhead after his encounter with Mr Faine, but the accolades of his peers and a stiff drink have made him feel better." UMOOKU may be contacted on his mobile on 0412345830 if you can offer him assistance on his Jihad or alternatively just start your own. Write letters, get on the phone, articulate your feelings to your peers and stop worrying about your f**ng mortgage. |
