"We are now standing on the threshold of the greatest historical confrontation humanity has gone through. I do not think the wide circle of American society or the wide circles of the Christian community realize this fully. We are now facing the final confrontation between the Church and the anti-Church....

The next article is a response, as written, from Mr. George Roth, to Father Clark's article "Help Wanted - Priests Needed"
On "traditional " seminariesDear Editor,
The Holy Spirit has been more than generously answering the prayers of the faithful to increase vocations to the priesthood. Traditional seminaries are swamped with young men applying for admission. The Savannah diocese would have no difficulty getting a priest from one of these seminaries and there would be very little wait time. Could we see an article sometime answering these questions:· Why can't we have a traditional parish in Savannah?
· Why is the diocese of Savannah hostile to tradition?
· Why does the diocese of Savannah thumb its nose to the Holy Father re: the Traditional Mass?
· Why does the diocese of Savannah so eagerly take grand sums of money from its exceptionally generous faithful, especially in recent months, but scorns the modest request of those contributors who ask only for an occasional Traditional Mass? The diocese of Savannah web page gives a link to Atlanta where one can find listed Saint Frances de Sales Catholic Church, Pastor Father Mark Fischer, FSSP.
Hmmm .
Might one say that Bishop Donoghue is a bit more tolerant of the wishes of the Holy Father than our own good shepherd?George and Mary- Anne Roth, Savannah, Georgia
